We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards including American Express. If you have a PayPal account you can also pay via PayPal.

We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days from despatch.

If you need your order very quickly, we also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service. This service is available up until 12 noon daily, Monday to Thursday for despatch the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed between 12 noon on Thursdays and 12 noon on Friday using the Guaranteed Next Day Service will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order. Orders placed between 12 noon on Friday and 12 noon on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order. Please select the Guaranteed Next Day option during the checkout process if you want to use this service.

Postage to overseas addresses is sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery or via UPS and takes 3-5 days in Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.

Standard shipping is £3.95, express delivery is £6.95. Overseas deliveries for small parcel less than 2KG in weight are charged at £14.95 for Europe and £19.95 for the rest of the world. Overseas parcels over 2kg will be subject to an additional shipping charge which will be advised. The order will not be processed until this cost has been agreed.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned product. It may take a little longer for this to show on your account.

We ship our products to any country in the world with a few exceptions. These are detailed on the product page and include food, alcohol and some larger or fragile items.

The 3d Secure authentication is an additional fraud prevention scheme.

It allows shoppers to create and assign a password to their card that is then verified whenever a transaction is processed through a site that supports the use of the scheme. The addition of password protection allows extra security on transactions that are processed online.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then we will accept its return and refund the cost of the product. Personalised products made specially to your order are not returnable.
